Corrib. Glenlo Abbey G.C. is the closest golf
course to Galway City and is a favourite

This is a rolling parkland course extended to
18 holes under architect, Eddie Hackett, in
1992. Generous fairway layout is counter
balanced by strategic tree plantations and
fast greens. While short by today's standards,
the test here is for considerable accuracy
with approach shots to greens.
